Perfume / Flash from Coachella

If you're familiar with Japanese pop music scene, you know the name of Perfume for sure.

In my opinion, they're one of the best examples to explain what the category of "J-pop" is like. Of course, it generally comes with some kind of kawaii (cute, adorable) feel, but that's not all about it.

When it comes to this girl trio with incredible dance skills, what is making their presence much more unique is the inputs from the team supporting them.

Their producer Yasutaka Nakata is a multi-talented creator, who has defined the J-pop sound of this past decade while their dance performance is coached by Mikiko, who produces the Tokyo 2020 summer Olympics ceremonies.

Today's pick up "Flash" is my favorite & their performance at Coachella 2019 was sooo cool.

The best part of this video is that audience got gradually excited as the song goes. After the dance solo part, obviously more people started dancing to the song.

Given that they didn't sing in English & are little known compared with other major acts in the event, this reaction at the end of the video is phenomenal.
